Privacy Policy

We work to ensure a high level of data protection that safeguards your privacy when using our website. This privacy policy therefore explains how your personal data is processed and protected, your rights and how you can assert them. We strive for you to feel secure in our processing of your personal data. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Who is responsible for the personal data we collect?

FTH CARE AB, org. no. 559327-4094, is the personal data controller for the personal data you provide to us through purchases and other contact with us and is responsible for processing these.

Where is your personal data stored?

We aim for your personal data to be processed as much as possible within the European Economic Area (EEA) and our own IT system, but may also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA (so-called "third country"). Such transfer only takes place to recipient countries with an adequate level of protection and in accordance with current legislation. If transfer takes place to a partner for a service in the USA, this only happens to companies covered by the so-called "Privacy Shield", which is an agreement on the protection of personal data between the EU and the USA.

What kind of personal data do we collect?

We collect personal data that you send to us when you place orders on our website, e-mail or sign up for our newsletter. The personal data you send to us may include, for example, contact information, date of birth and payment information. We may also collect certain personal data from external partners such as address information from public records and information about creditworthiness from credit rating agencies, banks or credit reference agencies.

How do we use your personal data?

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • When processing orders and returns in our webshop.
  • For SMS notifications about delivery status.
  • In case of contacts regarding any problems with your delivery.
  • In correspondence about questions and other information.
  • When sending offers in the form of newsletters, always with instructions on how you can unsubscribe from further mailings.
  • When analyzing purchase patterns to provide relevant offers and information.
  • When confirming the legal minimum age to shop online.
  • In case of sending surveys to improve our services and offers.
  • For work that prevents abuse or other inappropriate use of our website.

We save your data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above purposes or as long as we are obliged to do so by law. Your personal data will then be deleted.

What are your rights?

According to the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR), you have the following rights in connection with our processing of your personal data:

  • The right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time.
  • Right to rectification, i.e. the right to have incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant personal data corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data when there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid invoices.
  • The right to demand that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain cases. If you e.g. dispute the accuracy of the data, you can demand that we limit the processing of it during the time it takes for us to check whether the data is correct. When the restriction ends, we, as the person in charge of personal data, must inform you of this.
  • Right to data portability, i.e. the right to request that we transfer your personal data to another personal data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • The right to object to our processing of your personal data. We must demonstrate legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms in order to continue the processing.
