How much is shipping?
We offer three different shipping options within Sweden:
DHL freight - Trackable: 59 KR
Budbee home delivery: 79 KR
Budbee mailbox: 49 kr
To Norway we ship with UPS:
UPS Standard - Trackable: 149 KR
What do I do if I want to cancel my purchase and make a return?
The Swedish law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and individual services. The right of cancellation requires that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the delivery that you wish to use the right of cancellation, in the first instance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number as a reference. Once you have received approval from us along with attached instructions, you can return the products. Broken packaging cannot be returned. The products must contain the same quantity and the same condition as when you received it! The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. The refund takes place no later than 14 days from the day we received the buyer's email.
How do I track my package?
When your package is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation with package number and tracking link via email. Tip! Sometimes emails from us can end up in the junk basket or under the campaign tab. A tip to avoid this is to add our email address email@example.com to your contact list so you don't miss any important emails!
If you have chosen to send with DHL, you can also track your package on DHL's website when the package has been sent from us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my home?
Normally, the delivery time is between 2-5 working days, slightly varying depending on which shipping method you choose.
I didn't have time to pick up my order, and it has now been returned. How do I get it sent to me?
If your order has been returned by mistake, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend it to you for a fee.
When an order is returned, FTH has to cover all costs, the shipping back to us as well as handling in our warehouse and the cost of sending it out to you as a customer again. You will therefore be charged for the costs if your order is returned, but you want it sent out again.
Cost for return within Sweden: SEK 150
Cost of return to Norway: SEK 350
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within Sweden and to Norway. Beyond that, unfortunately not at this time.
What happens if my products are damaged or if I want to advertise a product?
Of course, we hope this will not happen. After you have received the goods, we recommend that you check as soon as possible whether the delivery corresponds to your order. If the product is faulty or defective, depending on the circumstances, you can demand that the fault be rectified. If the accident were to happen, you contact us directly via email with an explanation and attach a clear picture of the damage to email@example.com. It must take place within a reasonable time after you discover the error or deficiency.
Where is my order?
A tracking link is always sent to the email address you entered in connection with your order. If you have not received this, it may have ended up in your trash. Tip! What countries do you currently ship to?
We ship within Sweden and now also to Norway! With the goal of going to Denmark and Finland shortly.
Where is for textured hair based and where are your hair products manufactured?
FTH is founded and based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our hair care products are designed and manufactured in Sweden.
How is FTH different from other natural hair care brands?
We are among the first black-owned hair care brands in Sweden that manufacture hair care products specially developed for people with textured hair. We offer not only hair care but also knowledge, encouragement and technology! Knowledge is everything and we believe that everyone should have the right to know how to care for their textured hair. Together with knowledgeable chemists, we have developed an effective hair care series consisting of three products that clean, moisturize and style textured hair. The water-soluble, water-based and water-binding products have a mild and perfume-free formula with a ph value that matches the hair and skin's own. Balancing the ph value in our products helps with a healthy environment for healthy textured hair and scalp.
How can I become an authorized dealer of FTH products?
We aim to partner with a specifically selected group of authorized salons that specialize in textured hair and educate their clients to learn about their natural texture, using our FTH hair products. I see that FTH products are 80-90% natural. Why aren't they all 100% natural?
Our products are made with natural and plant-based origins, but we also use some safe synthetic ingredients. We strive to use the highest amount of naturally derived ingredients in each product without sacrificing product performance. However, there are some non-natural ingredients that we use in our products to ensure durability, product effectiveness and product stability.
Are FTH products nut-free & gluten-free?

All our hair care products are 100% vegan and cruelty free!
What pH value do FTH products have?
Our products are ph-balanced with a pH of 4.5-5.2 like the hair and skin's own to maintain the natural bacterial flora and avoid wear and dehydration.
Do your products contain added perfume or essential oils?
No, they don't. Our products are mild and adapted to sensitive skin and scalp, we have therefore chosen not to add any synthetic perfume or essential oils. However, our products have a natural aroma from the raw materials.
What is the durability of FTH products?
Each unopened for textured hair product has a shelf life of 36 months. Our products retain their maximum freshness within 6 months of opening.
Which hair types is for textured hair intended for?
For textured hair is for all people with textured hair. Regardless of whether you have loose, medium or tight texture, you can use our products! We focus on giving your textured hair a routine that is suitable for everyone. The difference lies in your desired styling result and in the amount of product your hair needs. It is determined by the density of your hair, i.e. the amount of hair you have on your scalp.

Is for textured hair suitable for children?
Yes, we have created a kind and high-quality formula for all people aged 3 and up with textured hair. All our products are mild and completely fragrance-free. The formula is developed without strong chemicals according to EU cosmetic regulations. Free from essential oils, free from citric acid and free from irritating parabens, strong sulfates, synthetic silicones, phthalates, dea or synthetic dyes.
