Sweden
Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are shipped the next business day.

Please note that orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Outside Sweden
We ship with UPS, and delivery normally takes 2–3 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can easily follow your delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because it has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to our actual shipping and handling costs.

At present, this fee amounts to SEK 150 within Sweden and SEK 250 for deliveries outside Sweden.

Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.
The fee will be deducted from any refund or invoiced separately.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.

Please notify us by email at info@fortexturedhair.com no later than 14 days after you have received the item, and include your order number.

We will then get back to you with return instructions.

Return shipping is a fixed cost of SEK 100 within Sweden.
For orders outside Sweden, the return shipping cost is SEK 150.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
We provide a return shipping label also for returns outside Sweden.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Before we can approve your return, we ask that you send a photo of the package and product showing that everything is in proper condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved by our warehouse.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for your purchase.
