Refund Policy
At fortexturedhair.com, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday or weekend, it is extended to the next working day.
You also have the right to cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additional conditions:
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost: 100 SEK within Sweden and 150 SEK for orders outside Sweden.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
How to Make a Return
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by initiating a return through their customer account. Log in to your customer account and initiate the return directly via your order. For questions, contact us at info@fortexturedhair.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages not collected from the pick-up location, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be charged. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and approving the item at our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fortexturedhair.com.
