1. General information

fortexturedhair.com is operated by FTH CARE AB, organization number 559327-4094. We offer high quality hair products and deliver within Sweden. For questions about your order, you can contact us via info@fortexturedhair.com.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT according to the applicable tax rate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The current price for your order is indicated in the checkout before you complete the purchase.

Payment can be made via:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Klarna (Pay directly, partial payment, invoice)
  
  

3. Shipping and delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard shipping within Sweden: SEK 59 (free over SEK 850).

Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days for standard shipping. During periods of high demand, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Please note: We only handle and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

4. Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up your package from the delivery point and it is returned to us, we charge a fee of SEK 150 . This covers our costs for handling, shipping and administration. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU rules on the right of withdrawal (the Distance Contracts Act). The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order. The withdrawal period is extended if it expires on a public holiday or weekend — in such cases, the period expires on the next working day.

You also have the right to cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping fee is a fixed cost of 100 SEK within Sweden and 150 SEK for orders outside Sweden. We provide a return label also for returns outside Sweden. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when returned.

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by initiating a return through their customer account. To make a return, log in to your customer account and initiate the return directly via your order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at info@fortexturedhair.com.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and approving the item at our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Complaints

If you discover a fault with the item, please contact us immediately and we will help you claim it. Complaints are processed in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, and we are responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

7. Personal data

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of purchase at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
